JaneClarbour is Australia’s fast growing, New Designer Label with a British twist. The brand has carved a niche in the Australian retail market, targeting 25 – 42 year-old, fashion-conscious women with sexy yet affordable adaptations of catwalk trends.
It is the ability to combine the classic with the unexpected that gives the brand their quirky handwriting. From the LBD to the classic pencil skirt, British fashion history is peppered with iconic pieces that are constantly tweaked and reinvented for a new audience and the brand is strongly influenced by this concept.
History
British designer of the same name founded JaneClarbour in 2011 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Since then we have expanded quickly and now have concessions in Australia as well as making worldwide online sales through various platforms.
Having studied and taught in the UK and worked in Vietnam before re-locating to Australia, Clarbour draws on her multi cultural heritage for design inspiration, but says: “I definitely have a British point of view when it comes to design”.
